| I have an s reg Mits L200, The plug heater light lights up on cold start, and then will not light up again, even when cold. She is very slow to start as well and when she does go there is a big cloud of smoke and very fumey. Could it be the battery ?. The dip stick popped out just prior to the fault occuring and sprayed oil every where ???? |

Sounds like it could be the head gasket, but I'm not an mechanic so it might not be.
With the engine cold take the radiator cap off and start it up, are you getting lots of bubbles in the water. |
