Hi All,

I need to top my stack off with a guard to stop birds coming down ( this recently happened Rolling Eyes )

I've seen many variations but where can I buy one, is there any particular ones that are reccommended & how are they secured ?

My chimney doesn't have the classic terracotta type pot at the top, it's just got a concrete square to finish it off Laughing Hope that makes sence?

As always, you're help & advice always appretiated...

Roy

You don't say if the flue is used or not, but you can buy bird guards in a variety of different sizes from most builders merchants.

An alternative if its a flat surface is to simply cement a square of chicken wire over the hole
