hi,
a few years back i used to see cars advertised for sale with 13months mot. i am guessing they took it in and had the mot done before the old one ran out to help sell it ? anybody know wether this is still possible ?

Personally gramps I think if there's a clause in the contract then you're screwed.
Was the car on a public road or a private drive/garage, remember it only has to have an MOT if on the road, maybe a get out for you.
Tricky situation all round with no obvious answer. |
