After a recent storm, several of my outlets and light sockets in my house do not work. I am not sure if they are all on the same circuit, but they are scattered over the house. I have checked the circuit breakers and they are all on. I turned them all off, then on. I checked power on the terminal side of each circuit breaker and got 120v on every one. However, when I go to the outlet, there is no voltage. Could a circuit breaker register 120v and still be bad? I cannot imagine that there is a break in the circuit wire. Any ideas? Thanks
Kevin

Your going to have to meter them out as a new install and replace any damaged cables or outlets.
