|

I just installed a new mixer valve in my shower and can not get enough hot water. I have adjusted the valve for max temperature per manufacturer's instructions. I have Plenty of hot water throughout house. Any ideas how to increase the amount of hot water or reduce the amount of cold water flowing to the fixture? |

Was the valve and pipework flushed when fitted as filters tend to get blocked with plumbing swarf, check and clean.
If you have unequal pressures then fit a pressure reducing valve on the cold and adjust it down to same as the hot.
Post a result for others please. |
