I just installed a new mixer valve in my shower and can not get enough hot water. I have adjusted the valve for max temperature per manufacturer's instructions. I have Plenty of hot water throughout house. Any ideas how to increase the amount of hot water or reduce the amount of cold water flowing to the fixture? Confused

Was the valve and pipework flushed when fitted as filters tend to get blocked with plumbing swarf, check and clean.

If you have unequal pressures then fit a pressure reducing valve on the cold and adjust it down to same as the hot.

Post a result for others please. Cool
