Could anyone give me some advice on painting skirting boards please, I cant pull my carpet back and dont want to get paint on it, is the best thing to use masking tape, or is there any other gadget which may be better, also is there such a thing as quick drying gloss as I have an enormous german shepherd who is in a constant state of moulting and I dont want her hairs sticking to my hard work Confused
