my wife has left me and moved in with her mother we have a joint morgage and his forcing me to sell which i dont want to she has also left me with utilities bills which are in her name she his also pushing for a divorce which again i am reluctant to give her how do i stand here the morgage has been running for 2ys bought house from council if sold before 3yrs will lose large discount
