I am using an italian rustic feel throughout my kitchen, dining and living room. Is it ok to do my bathroom and bedroom in a softer more pastel coloring with like a garden look? I dont want my whole house to be the same color, but with our older house and smaller bathrooms I think that they wouldn't look right with a darker color. If I could some up with a nice look to go with the rest of the house for the bathroom I would do it, but all I can think of is a pastel look.

We just remodeled our bathroom in our bedroom in a pale grey/lavender color with white tile, toilet, cabinet and mirror. I like the look for the bathroom and our bedroom, but don't really like it for the rest of our house.

I would like more of an all over flow throughout the house, but is it ok if I don't have that flow when we go to sell the house?

It was hard enough coming up with a "theme" to our kitchen, dining and living room, so what do I do??

Help!

Thanks!
