Question In observation of a flush, there is no problem with the drain being clogged, but the flow of water to do the flush. In watching the water fill the tank, the hole where the flapper blocks, air is coming up and doing two things; 1. causing the water going into the toiled to slow down and 2. causing the flapper not to close running water too long.

change the flapper. Very Happy If it is a new flapper, it might be the wrong kind. even cheaper yet, put vasiline under the flapper. this will cause a better seal.
