I'm looking to add a commode and wash basin in my basement. I'll do the preliminaries and hire the plumber to pipe it. Per the location of a floor drain down there, I haven't much choice where (approximately) to place these. This will mean the wash basin will be about 18 inches from several master fuse boxes. Is there anything in the Electrical Code prohibiting such proximity to water?? [Assume the Code is about the same in USA as in GB.]
