i drained down system, with emertion heater & boiler ( not combi type) when i filled back up, some of the hot taps work as normal & some have cold very slow, trickle, cold feed works as normal, emertion is heating header tank has water in it, heating is working fine, i only draind the h & c water not the heating system, can you give me any ideas of cause

Air;

Try to push it out with mains water by connecting the mains cold to the hot, the washing machine hose is ideal if the cold is mains.

Open the bath tap and run it till any air is pushed out.
