HI,
COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DRAIN DOWN ,AND FILL UP MY HEATING SYSTEM,
I HAVE A NEW COMBI BOILER (80000BTU) AND WANT TO FIT 2 NEW RADS, TOTAL OF 7 RADS.THERES A FILLING LOOP FITTED BUT THATS AS
MUCH AS I KNOW !!

On the left of the keyboard is a button which say CAP LOCK, push it once and type normally without shouting, it's also easier to read.

Assuming you know where the filler loop is and how to work it the rest is easy.

Isolate the boiler electrically and pull the fuse out so it can't be accidentally knock on, turn the gas off if it has a standing pilot.

Attach a hose to a drain off cock on the lowest level and and turn it on, opening the rad vents will allow the water to run out.

refilling is a reverse of the above, charge the system to between 1-1.5 bar cold, disconnect the filler loop after filling.

Is there any need to turn the rads off before draining?

Do you mean the rad valves, if so leave them open as you need to let air into the system to get the water out.

By draining the whole system out its more likely to fill without air locks.
