Hi,

A friend emailed me today and said the she has no water coming into her house, frozen water pipe problem.

Here is the scenario:

She has a cistern and the water is coming out of the cistern into a pumphouse, from the pumphouse the piping goes underground to the other side of the house where it comes out of the ground and goes up to the washing machine and the rest of the house.

The part between the house and the ground is thawed (trust me, it's well thawed), and the water doesn't work at the washing machine, so I don't know what to do? Can't use a blow torch, since the pipes are plastic and underground.

Is it possible to force hot steam through your pipes? Who could do that?

Thanks in advance for your reply!!

Have a great day!!

Tommie
