I've started to clean up a piece of land at the end of my garden which, (as my solicitor found as we were buying the house) doesn't belong to anyone any more. I've been working on it for about a year now, but want to claim adverse possession as soon as possible. I believe that i need to distinguish my bounderies, but how visible do they need to be? Could I get away with a short wire fence that wouldn't be visible above the surrounding nettles and woodland? Question
