Amaryllis buttonholes?

I hope you can help, i am getting married at christmas, i have met with a lovely florist who has so many ideas(was bit over my head to be honest) and shown me photos but hasn't many of christmas weddings!! Am having Amaryllis for my bouquet so now have to decide on buttonholes, i have no idea what i want.she has suggested i look on net for things i like but i don't really see anything.
So my question is, is Amaryllis too big for buttonholes? Is there another similar flower that might be better size?
