I have what appears to be a leaking waste pipe in the shower tray. The carpet in the neighbouring room is getting wet, and I am assuming that there is some water dripping from the shower tray wastepipe and flowing a couple of feet along the floor boards into the adjacent room. The problem is that the shower is comletely tiled and there is no way to inspect the joint.
Option one which I am really trying to avoing is to dismantle the wall in the adjacent room so that I can have a look at the pipe and see what needs to be done.
The other option which I really hope exists, is to get some kind of radseal type product which I can pour down the plug hole and will seak out and seal whatever leak there is. Does such a product exist?
Any help would be greatly appreciated before I resort to a sledge hammer.

Thanks in advance

I get the impression problem is in an adjsent room and not a downstairs one so 1st check that the silicon sealant is 100% perfect and that the tile grout is in a similar perfect condition.
