Too much refund

Hi there

What happens or what is the legal postion if I have purchased two items from a major store, but one of the items was faulty and was sent back for refund, but they company has sent a refund in full for the complete order.

Whilst I am normally an honest person, I have had a lot of issues with this company in the past. If they don't come back to take the money back again for the first item, is there any legal timescale for them to come back on this item.

Consider it compensation for your time and troubles.

If we buy anything that is faulty, we always charge the supplier for additional labour costs Laughing

Just make a note of your expenses in having to return the goods etc and keep all the paperwork, then forget it.

A few years ago we had a damaged boiler, £1500.00, and the manufacturers sent a new one by first class delivery, and told us to bin the old one. Shocked
