Ok, I can't see the job and go on what you may decide to tell me.

Little things like you drained it out and refilled. How the hell can you have a blockage in the feed pipe.

The only pipe that maybe air blocked is the primary return, where you haven't filled it properly.

Hi guys
Sorry for the late reply, found the blockage ( after going into diff sections of pipe work) man there was a nasty build up.
Some places had a job getting me little finger in a 22mm pipe.
All sorted now, have descaler and inhibitor in the system.
Will flush it through again in a couple of months and refill with the same again.
Suppose thats what happens to a 47 year old system Laughing
