We just purchased a place in the country and when we use the water taps they all cough and sputter and blow air. The toilets act the same way after they are flushed. What can I do to remedy the problem. Thank You.

Air is getting into the pipe somewhere possibly a leak or faulty pump.

is it just the cold water
