I have an Alpha Ocean 240p boiler and for a few weeks now the temp of the hot water has been erratic. The water gets hot but then the gas modulates down for 30 secs or so making the water cold and then it heats up again, it cycles like this continuosly for the duration of running the water. I have changed the temperature sensor on the hot water to eliminate this but it has made no difference. does anyone have any idea what else could cause this? colud it be the heat exchanger? any help would be much appreciated.

Boiler == Alpha 240p @ 10 yrs old
