After we flush the toilet upstairs, it makes a loud fog horn type sound. We don't have this problem with the two units downstairs. I just had a new water line put in, this problem appeared after that.. could they be related. The new water line was installed to bypass the pb pipe problem....Thanks for any advice you can give us. Confused

replace the fill valve in the tank.
