my mother passed away in June this year, the oncall doctor, didnt feel it necessary to see my mother, she had an aneurysm and double renal failure, yet over the phone he diagnosed a throat infection and basically told me he was too busy to see her a few days later she died in hospital from the illness i had described down the phone. Have i got a medical negligence case????

When I said your oyter post I didn't mean this one.

I did have the same problem, Doctor tells me I have piles and to put a bag of frozen peas wrapped on a towell.

18 months later as a result of me creating merryhell I was admitted to the Bath clinic who dianosed Cancer, I was lucky to beat it.

I was told I had a good case if I wanted to pursue it, but as I was pretty much out of it for the next 4 years, I just couldn't be bothered, and put it down to experience, I do get a good service when I phone up now though.

My advice is to see your local citizens advise bureau, or some solicitors hold a free clinic, make an appointment to see him/her.

scruff.
