Thanks very much.

Just to clarify,

The builders have veered from the spec and we will talk to them re this, we do not have to redo the rooms already done. Is the conduit a gold standard or was this just an extra not relly required put in by the project manager?

If it is within the zones then it is not required and you should NOT be charged for it.
