the rear of my garden has a wall which is about 10 feet high, it is a rear wall of some council garages, same age as my house, about 50 years old,
council now wants to pull them down( they do belong to them), i would like to keep the wall as a boundry council says no, they want to sell land for social housing (shock horror) you can understand my concern as new tenents could be anybody my main concern is my privacy and my security, do you think i could builod a new wall now right up against the old one it would'nt be classed as a boundry wall and when they pull the old one down my wall would still be standing
any advice as to what i could do, local councillor seems to be on the side of council and not his voters, I have wrote to him several times but his answers are vague and really does'nt want to get involved
