| We just installed new bathtub/pipes. When the water is turned on, it comes out rusty at first. Is this normal? |

| that is very normal. that is caused by ''shocking'' the system. which means if the water was off. rust settles in the horizontal pipes. when you turn the water on. rust color water will come out for a few seconds. |
