glowworm combi 100e
heating works ok but no hot water now.problem appeared suddenly with no warning.no light on front of boiler when hot tap turned on either.fan to boiler is ok when heating on.close inspection of the pcb shows brown burn marks on it and wondered if the fault is likely to be the pc board.as i said the heating is fine though.any other ideas of the fault would be much appreciated.

the combi 100e is my mothers boiler and the back boiler is mine in my house.sorry i should of explained.both systems broke down this week.
