I need to know the effects 2nd hand marijuana smoke has on small children. infants and toddlers.
I am doing a research paper and have tried to find this info all over the web but I guess I am not asking the right way.

I need proven facts not someone's beliefs.
if you know of website addresses that have this info that would also be great.
