I've just moved house and inheirted a shower with Aqualisa 304DE pump which has not been used for about 8 months. It doesn't improve the shower water flow. I think it may be blocked ( the mains water supply has been interupted and dirty water has been flushed through). But I don't see how to easily work on the pump , there are no handy isolator taps and no obvious bleed screws. I've tapped it with a hammer to free any blockage but I'm stuggling without any info. on the pump. any hints would be greatly appreciated.

The pump shouldn't be connected direct to the mains it breaks a few water bye-laws.

You should have filters which may need cleaning, or it could be a problem with the pump.

give customer services a call 01959 560010 they will advise and send the book.
