I live in Toronto, Canada. I have a wiring connection problem that I can't figure out. I have 3 rooms connected to the same circuit breaker, none of the receptacles and light switches work. I used a receptacle tester on the affected receptacles and it indicated an open neutral, however, when I switched the lights on in an adjacent room the receptacle tester read hot & ground reversed, and the lights in the adjacent room did not work. Please advise. I replaced all receptacle boxes, light switch boxes and light fixtures, and still nothing works...what am I missing...Thanking you in advance.
