Hi, I'm having a conservatory built and the dwarf wall is being built but there isn't a damp proof course. They have built one brick over the house dampproof level so far and there is a roll of it on our garden? Is it ok for the conseravtory damp proof to be one brick over the house damp proof course? I would have said not. Please help before I approach my builder!
Thanks |

Depends on the outside ground level, the damp will be above that.
The connection to the house is uninportant as the house wall will no longer be an external wall. |

| The dpc roll has to be put in place on top of the brick course that is level with the floor. |
