Hi,
I have an Optima XM and an electrician cut the mains power the other day and ever since the alarm will not work. The red power lamp is on but no other buttons work. It was working fine until then. I only moved intot he house 2 days beofre so am not to familar witht he system but I read the manual and am a little confused with it all. can anyone help? |

Inputting your code and pushing reset should cure the problem.

I replaced the battery yesterday and the system now works. the only thing is that the tamperlight is on?
Will be getting new windows soon so will maybe have to reset the system anyway. So will have to look at it all then. for now it works
