Wonder if you could give me a bit of advice please.

I have had a quote to install two double plug sockets, one next to a single one in my lounge and one upstairs in my sons room where I have been told it would be better to fix the cable along the skirting board rather than digging out the wall. I have been quoted £70 all in for this, is it a fair price please as I've never had anything done like this before.

Many thanks for any advice.
