I have a condenser tumble dryer and recently, when i put a load of towels in to dry, after the cycle was done i discovered that they were still as wet as when i put them in. I pulled out the tray where the water collects and it was empty and the towels felt cold as if no heat was getting to them. I tried again but with the same result. Do you know what's wrong and if so will it cost a lot to fix or should i just write it off?
