I filed my taxes this week and they were rejected because some other female claimed me. It was my ex-wife. We were divorced in the very beginning of last year. I have not lived in the same state or with her since. Obviously she will get audited for this, but I am curious if there are any legal rights I have in addition. She was illegal to this country before we were married, apparantly I was her avenue to the states. Anyway, I was just curious of your thoughts..

As with your other questions the way we do things is very different to the USA, so hopefully one of your Countrymen will reply to your posts.

I need to clarify I am a citizen of the United States of America, she is the resident alien. Thanks for your comment.
