Hi chaps,
Thought I would ask you as you sorted my last problem for me. I am laying ceramic floor tiles in my bathroom, but have found them a bitch to cut!!! Straight lines are fine with my electric tile cutter, but do you have any good tips for cutting curves?? Jigsaw with tile cutting blade is useless - took over half an hour to cut a hole the size of a 2p coin, and wore the blade out!!!! I was told an angle grinder might do the trick, but are there any drill attachments you can get to grind a curve out??
Thanks in advance! |

There are electric tile cutters, tile hole saws and tile drill bits.
The common theme is tungsten cardbide or diamond (tip or grit).
Not so much the tool, but the type of blade or bit!
I think you might be more successful with a proper "flat-bed" electric tile cutter than with an angle grinder using a tile cutting disc. |
