hi - our next door neighbours have recently had a new kitchen installed. Since then we have been plagued by noise which appears to be due to poor plumbing practices. The noise is actually vibrating down our water pipes and can be heard in every room of our house. It is so loud it can be heard over the top of the tv and actually wakes us up during the night if they are using their kitchen.
Have we got any rights here - it is causing major stress and since i sometimes work from home, its virtually impossible at the moment because of the noise?
many thanks |

You certainly have rights, but as per your other post we need more info.
Have you spoken to your neighbour |

Hi - yes we have spoken to our neighbours but they reckon they cant hear anything from their side (which I find really hard to believe). What other info do you need & i'll try to supply.
