Hello, newbie here.I want to take a spare 220 buss fuse block and turn it in to a pair of 110 lines and run them out to my garage.Best Way? Sub panel or right out of the existing service and how would I go about doing either? I'm not a novice when it comes to working with electricity but have never done this type of job before. Some Help?

Not real sure what you currently have or what you are looking to do... will do my best to try to help you. I would suggest that you somehow overcurrent protect your line running to the garage be it through a breaker in your panel or fused block or disconnect. Then I would suggest that you install a subpanel in the garage. That way you can run whatever you want out of the new panel. Make sure to size your wire accordingly. If you are unsure call a professional... best to be safe.
