I have recently moved into my property and the fuse for the sockets keeps tripping; is there anything I can do about this?

Also, my fuse box islocated in my cellar and I'd like it moving the the top of the cellar, where is it more accessible. Who do I contact about this and how much do you think it will cost?

firstly does it trip when nothing is plugged in or is it when you use a certain item?
The fuse board can be moved but it is not an easy job as every circuit in the house comes back to that point and would need extending to the new position.
Any qualified electrical contractor should be able to carry out the works for you but it is impossible to cost as each job is different.
