Hi there, My son has bought his house, he is thinking of getting married soon, where does he stand if his wife leaves him, it is his name that is on the mortgage, She signed a form to say that she knows he is buying the house, but hasnt put her name to anything, else will she be entitled to anything if it dosent work out they have been living together for 8 years, Thanks for any help you can give me
