3 way light switch not working

A 3-way light switch only works on 2 of the lights. one controls the inside electrical outlet the other 2 switches are for outside lights ( front door and garage door) - it's the garage door light that does not work. What could be the problem?

Probably nothing special just cos there are 3 switches together. Non-functioning switch, bad cable connection, bad bulb holder, or lots of bad bulbs!
