I have read some of the previous posts about Saniflo systems and it has forced me to re-think my downstairs toilet plans.
Is there a fitting i can get to Tee into my soil stack without physically removing it ( a strap on boss kind of thing), as this would cause me a great deal of work not to mention expense as my soil stack goes up through a new flat roof. Access is also severly restricted as it is surronded by brick on three sides. Any ideas or info on such a fitting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Terrain expansion boss connector 113.4.15 for 40mm pipe, needs a special tool to pull the two parts together.

alternative is 122.4.15 self locking boss.

In either case speed is critical once glued as it sets in seconds.

Strap on bosses are available but could be a problem in tight spaces.

Multikwik do a boss that screws on from one side for connection to standard 40mm pushfit. You cut a 57mm hole in the stack, insert the boss and tighten. This might be ideal if access around / to rear of stack is difficult.

Ian,

On the subject of good ideas, I removed a fitting which I would love to identify.

A neoprene fitting which slid inside the 50mm plastic waste pipe and turned over the outside, to make a 40mm reducer.
