Air lock in cold water system - how to fix?

I have cold water running in all taps except for bath. Bath cold tap will run, then if you switch it off then need to switch it back on again no water comes out. By trial & error I have found if I pot on the cold sink tap, let it run for a while, then try the bath cold tap sometimes it starts working again.

How can I fix it please?

Cold to sink should be mains water, cold to bath is tank fed if it's air locking.

Therefore the two are not related, check the ballvalve is working and you have water in the tank.

Have you fitted new taps or modified the system.
