attempted murder?

Hi,

I'd like to know where I stand with a harrassment case (I haven't reported it yet). This woman has shouted abuse, ruined my reputation and tried to ruin my career by going to my places of work and badmouthing me for over ten years. A year and a half ago she pushed me down some stairs for no reason. I do not talk or have anything to do with this woman. Can I charge her with attempted murder? My husband and my other neighbours have been very good at telling her off so to speak but she just won't take the hint. Thanks,

Why not? A visit from the police and she might actually get the message. Why now after 10 years?

You might find that difficult after waiting 18 months.

The police have visited her and it hasn't made any difference. I haven't reported her, but she has been reported for attempting to throw a brick through my window by a neigbour. Why not now. I'm sick of her ****. She won't stop.

Might be a good time then to get a restraining order against her. At least then any contact would be in breach of a Courts Order.
